Requirements
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintains financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Reconciles and balance multiple accounts.
- Provide financial status information by preparing special reports; completing special projects.
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
- Perform general bookkeeping, journal entry, and data entry functions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Quickbooks
- Highly detail oriented with excellent record keeping and organizational skills.
- Potential candidate must possess great analytical skills.
- Be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
