Are you a fast learner, hungry for growth? We're looking for a sharp communicator to join our client-facing account services team.



We’re a distributed team with a flexible workplace. Option to work from home or from our office in downtown Charleston.



Must haves: A positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a diligent work ethic.

 



Here’s what else we’re looking for:




  • Excellent Communication Skills: Internal and external, verbal and written, the ability to communicate well is a non-negotiable. We're seeking a professional, clear and friendly communicator who will ask the right questions of clients and communicate well with internal teams.

  • Project/Account/Product Management Experience: You will be balancing multiple projects at once, each with their own timeline, schedules, people, calls, documentation and requirements. You’ll be leading calls, coordinating internal teams, and assisting wherever else is needed.

  • Strong People Skills & Upbeat Personality: Eager, friendly, collaborative and enthusiastic about digging into new subject areas and learning new skills.

  • Customer Service Savvy: You’ll be in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues to keep them happy.

  • A Problem-Solving Multi-Tasker: You must have the autonomy to make the right calls & make decisions. Ability to balance multiple tasks and client projects at once, without getting overwhelmed. In one day, you may be bouncing between recruiting, contractor management, and issue-logging for a website.

  • Passion for Technology: You’ll be helping with QA and testing in website go-lives + ongoing testing ongoing and assisting with client platform trainings.

  • Ability to Turn Data into Digestible Insights for Clients: Experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Optimize preferred.

  • Eager and Willing to Learn: This is a position you can grow in. With a start-up culture, we expect our team members to wear many hats and learn quickly. We support continued education and give you the autonomy to take on new-to-you tasks and roles as you are inspired

  • Preferred Sectors: Healthcare, education, technology, nonprofits/fundraising



Requirements:



3-5 Years Experience in Account Management



Proficiency in Google Analytics, Wordpress and other CMS platforms, GitHub



Knowledge of current marketing and digital trends and best practices
