About The Role
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing crucial support to our program office. Your daily tasks will be anything but routine, giving you the chance to showcase your independent judgment, initiative, and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Wizard: Manage multiple calendars and be the maestro of scheduling meetings that keep our team in sync.
Meeting Maven: Craft engaging agendas and prepare top-notch briefing materials to ensure our meetings are productive and efficient.
Travel Virtuoso: Coordinate domestic and international travel, making sure our team reaches their destinations hassle-free.
Wordsmith: Put your excellent writing and editing skills to use by composing correspondence for our senior management team.
Issue Tracker: Keep a keen eye on incoming issues and ensure that responses are delivered in a timely manner.
Email Extraordinaire: Be the guardian of our inbox, handling and responding to emails with grace and precision.
Presentation Pro: Shine by preparing draft PowerPoint presentations and reports when the need arises.
File Master: Maintain our digital and paper files with precision and care.
Front Desk Ambassador: Be the friendly face of our office, providing top-notch customer service to our visitors.
Conference Guru: Play a pivotal role in managing conference room scheduling and setup, including webinars and videoconferences.
All-Hands Hero: Ensure our monthly All-Hands meetings run smoothly, from room reservations to managing remote attendees.
Travel Expert: Help in developing Travel Authorizations and manage travel expenditure efficiently.
Process Innovator: Support the development of process documents like travel, onboarding, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Experience & Skills
Six years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Required Education
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
