Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and repairs on plumbing and heating systems
• Installation, repairs, and diagnosis of propane gas systems
• Locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water and HVAC systems
• Fixing issues in water and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing equipment
• Installing pipes and appropriate fixtures to ensure adequate drainage
• Consulting with clients to identify and address any other concerns related to their water and HVAC systems
• Advising clients on appropriate care for their water and HVAC systems
• Ability to commute or relocate

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a commercial plumbing setting
• Journeyman plumbing license an asset
• Minimum 2nd year apprenticeship complete
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Has own trade tools
• Clean driver's abstract
