Position: Assistant Manager/Dy. Manager/ Manager - Sales

Job Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Type of Industry: Real Estates - Residential Project

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: above 5+ Years

Salary Range: 5 to 8.5 LPA (considering current CTC and on interview performance)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Experience in handling sales of luxury residential projects(highrised buildings).
• Coming up with sales strategies, forecasts and closing the targets within the given schedule.
• Handling clients independently and attending the direct /arranged site walk-ins.
• Good knowledge about current Real Estate Industry.
• Maintain network with the Channel Partner/clients and manage sales agents.
• Track and maintain sales volumes and submit the same to the management.
• Should know Telugu, English and Hindi.
