We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Jewellery Industry - Franchise Development. This role involves identifying and developing franchise opportunities in the jewellery industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential franchisees, conducting market analysis, and supporting the franchise expansion strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in franchise development or related roles in the jewellery industry
• Strong knowledge of the jewellery industry and market trends
• Proven track record in identifying and developing successful franchise opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
