The Job
Responsibilities:

Implementing UI components using React.js.
Implementing Back-end components using Core Java and REST APIs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features.
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across various web browsers.
Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth user experiences.
Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

Ideal Candidate
Required React developer requirements, qualifications & skills:

Mandatory: Proficiency in React.js, Core Java, REST API Integration.
Good to have:
Typescript, Redux, Cypress Testing Framework, J2EE, Spring Boot, DevOps, Robo Test Framework.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux).
Experience with building JS libraries like Material UI and Ant Design added advantage.
JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 skills.
Telecom domain experience.
Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment, using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Exposure to the telecom industry is a significant advantage, enabling you to understand and address domain-specific challenges.
Understanding of front-end build tools and pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality code.
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
