Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team at Optical Arc Pvt. Ltd. As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of various software solutions. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Java Developer, with expertise in hybrid development. You will be responsible for leveraging your Java development skills to build scalable and high-performance applications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Expertise in hybrid development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Advance Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and Core Java.
• Experience with database management systems and data visualization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
• Experience with version control systems.
• Certifications in Java development are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, from planning and requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, resolving defects and implementing enhancements as needed.

• Ensure code quality and maintain coding standards.
