Job Description: Java ApplicationSupport and issue Troubleshooting Investigation and handling of issues escalated toL1, L2 support. Bug fixes for production issues. ReviewSplunk logs and application container logs, create splunk queries, alerts, dashboard Escalate andCo-ordinate with other teamsin case of application abnormalities and failures Monitored ticket tracking tool for SR, Incidents, Problem management and maintain the SLA process. Ensure analysis of technical issues and their resolutions be performed as per best practices committed to the client Rotation based On-call support, sometimes on weekend Key Qualifications: Hands-on programmingexperience in Java based web application, Java, JEE, Spring framework, RESTful Services. Strong Knowledge ofSplunk, analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in database systems includingOracle, Cassandra,other NOSQL technologies. Production Support Experience, Monitoring tools,On-call support. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
