Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 150,000 – 200,000 Gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule / 2 Days Off
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
💛 Open to Filipino or Japanese nationals who can also speak Mandarin and Korean.
💛 Bachelor's degree in related area
💛 Customer Service experience
💛 Confident and able to deal with VIPs
💛 Knowledgeable in MS office applications

Responsibilities:
💛 Coordinates guest gaming activities, preferences, and stays.
💛 Assists with guest queries related to membership, gaming programs, promotions, events, etc.
💛 Facilitates program buy-in and settlement at the Cage.
💛 Assists in all Gaming Treasury transactions and inquiries.
💛 Aims for high service level through proactive engagement with guests.
💛 Promotes professionalism in all guest engagement.
💛 Ensures accurate and timely execution of tasks.
💛 Hosts special promotions or events.
💛 Assists guests with city tours, yacht cruises, and private jet arrivals.
💛 Rotates shifts for airport assistance.
💛 Performs tasks as required, including manpower deployment, hotel check-in/out assistance, and special duties.
