IT Company Service that offers customer service,sales, marketing, inventory logistics, or finance. They deliver a range of services from premium tech support to analytics to IoT based solutions.


Position: Japanese Team Lead
Industry: IT Company/BPO Company
Location: BGC. , Taguig
Salary: Php 100,000 - 115,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Dayshift (9AM - 6PM | weekends off)
Work Set Up: Work From Home


Requirements:
JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level (No Certificate Required)
Open to native and non-native speakers
Must have a background in any customer service industry in a BPO
Have experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor / People Manager in a call center set up (familiar with coaching methodologies, QA evaluations and handling kpi scores of agents)
Strong internet connection and space to work at home (WORK FROM HOME) 9 AM to 6 PM shift

In charge of guiding and leading a team of Japanese speaking customer service agents towards organizational goals and to guarantee consistent achievements of key performance metrics.
Ensure accurate and timely communication of client and campaign issues to managers.
To ensure that all calls are handled professionally.
