A travel, freight forwarding and logistics company offering services to airlines and business around the world. Currently providing travel and lifestyle service to Japanese corporate clients.

Position: Japanese Speaking Travel Consultant
Industry of the company: Logistics and Travel company
Account: Airline Company
Salary: P 70,000 to P 120,000
Schedule: Dayshift
Time: Fixed 9am to 6pm
Location: Taguig

Requirements:
🟨Can speak read and write Japanese
🟨 Open to JLPT N1, N2 OR N3
🟨Open to candidates without work experience
🟨Graduate of Any 4 year course (preferred tourism or travel course)
🟨 Having 1 year experience as travel specialist is an advantage but not required
🟨Can communicate with Japanese Tourist or VIP in the Philippines
🟨 Open to learn new process and responsive anytime
🟨Has great customer service skills
🟨Willing to assist Japanese customers and VIPS

Duties and Responsibilities:
🤗Answer inquiries of Japanese customers about flight open schedules
🤗Coordinate with Japanese clients about their iterinary in the Philippines.
🤗Books and issues domestic tickets to airline passengers
🤗Offer travel insurance and provide hotel accommodation based on preferences
🤗Reschedule flight of clients when needed
🤗 Handle visa requirements and collect documents from clients
🤗Provide quotation to the japanese customers when requested
🤗Handle concerns about flights schedules and re-schedules
🤗Prepare the Japanese customer’s travel plans based on preferred tourist spots
