Position: Japanese Operations Staff

Location: Cavite City
Salary: Earn Php60,000 (Highly Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift Set up
Work Set-up: Onsite Work

Requirements:
JLPT N1-N3 passer
Good communication Skills is an Advantage.
Amenable to attend onsite interview.
Have a Experience in people management
Experience as an Operations Manager in Manufacturing company is an advantage but not required.


Responsibilities:
Can Handle overall operations
Provide good leadership for the organization.
Making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
Assisting HR with recruiting.
Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Support worker communication with the management team
