Position: Japanese Inbound Sales Representative
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 40,000 - 45,000 gross (Non - Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (09:00 am– 06:00 pm)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

Requirements:
🌻 Those who have experienced customer response by email or telephone
🌻 Preferably Bachelor Degree holder on any business related course
🌻 Customer support at the call center of Japanese accounts
🌻 N3 or higher (also for those who can speak or higher even without a certificate)
🌻 At least conversational in English
🌻 25-35 years old
🌻 Those who have PC skills
🌻 Willing to Work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
🌻 Sales/business talks/negotiations
🌻 Product planning
🌻 Product purchase (hotel/activity/transfer company)
🌻 Compatible with telephone and email
🌻 Marketing strategy, market research, and analysis
🌻 Create quotes and invoices
🌻 Customer support ( 24-hour compatible)
🌻 Management/update of contracts
🌻 Improvement and maintenance of customer/employee engagement
🌻 Business progress management and monitoring
