Job Description:

ServiceMaster Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Commercial Cleaner in Tacoma Lakewood and Spanaway, WA. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing cleaning duties for our clients' facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, polishing, sanitation, trash disposal, and more. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment, as well as opening/locking facilities and successfully working building alarms/security systems.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a cleaner or janitor preferred but not required

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions

- Strong attention to detail

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Schedule:

Flexible hours, approximately 7-15 hours per week. Shifts typically range from 6:00pm
