About us

US Mortgage Lenders LLC is hiring remote Florida NMLS Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators who have a track record of honesty and integrity. We are a highly established mortgage company hiring self-sufficient mortgage loan originators to market our unique loan programs and specialized services for the highest payout commission splits. We respect our loan originators independence and encourage them to work remotely while giving them access to our 100+ lender systems and processes and daily Zoom meetings. We provide daily new loan officer training while paying the highest commissions in the industry.

The ideal Loan Officer will have:

An outstanding work ethic, team player, and problem solver.

Must be comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.

Must be comfortable with mortgage lending and have a strong understanding of the commercial loan market.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality service to our customers.

Duties include:

Prospecting for new business daily by marketing our specialty mortgage loan programs to realtors.

Working with our industry partners to develop interest rates, guidelines, and pricing for new and existing loans.

Reviewing loan files for accuracy and completeness before submitting to our underwriting team for review.

Working with our underwriters on any necessary adjustments before closing the loan file.

Meeting with borrowers on their loan needs throughout the loan process, including responding to borrower questions, concerns, and complaints.

Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness before submitting to our underwriting team for review.

Working with our mortgage team on any necessary adjustments before closing the loan file.
