Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including apartments, villas, resorts, hotels, institutions, corporate offices, and factory offices. This is a full-time position, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and a strong passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design
• PREFERENCE WILL FOR THE CANDITATES WORKING IN COMMERCIAL INTERIOR PROJECTS LIKE OFFICES, SHOWROOMS, CAFE, RESTUARANTS ETC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for sustainable and innovative architectural design

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects
• Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints
• Collaborate with clients and understand their requirements
• Conduct site visits and perform surveys to gather necessary data
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural design
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the architectural team
