JAVA Developer

Location Fort Mill, SC / Austin, TX

Contract 3-6 months C2H

Work Auth. USC/GC preferably

Role & Responsibilities

• To provide technical leadership to a team of engineers.
• Work directly with the partners on technology platform related issues, suggest improvements
• To design comprehensive solutions; solve complex business problems and then directing the implementation of these solutions through a team of developers
• Work with the various teams to analyze and assess implementation methodology
• Identify & communicate the technical infrastructure requirements
• Support existing business process automations and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process

Skills & Competencies

• Experienced at software development using Java/J2EE technologies including Hibernate, Spring, Webservices/JS
• Good experience in MVC architecture
• Good experience in XML , JSON , SOAP, REST, ExtJS, SSO implementation and DB/SQL
• Is able to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind to solve technical problems
• Is a self-starter who is committed high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team
• Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment
• Good at MS office Excel, Word, Outlook
