Job DescriptionPosition: Business Development Representative/ Sales Development Representative (Candidates should be from Delhi NCR only) Location: Noida/ Faridabad Experience Level: 3 to 10 years Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift Timings) Immediate joiners Only Essential Skills and Responsibilities: Minimum 3 Years of experience in IT Services. Researching our ideal target segments for their needs, behavior and activities Engaging with potential clients to explain the value of partnering with Damco and understand how it might align to their business objectives Processing and nurturing top of the funnel leads to generate interest in Damcos services and offerings Processing cold data sets to develop awareness of Damcos offering and generate buying intent through multiple channels LinkedIn, Email, Calls Develop custom messages and emails for the prospects based on the given templates Managing cross functional relationships between Sales, Marketing and Business. Operations to optimize outcomes Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decisions makers such as VPs and Directors Achieving or exceeding monthly lead generation goals Leveraging marketing automation, CRM and digital marketing tools to create, send and measure emails, calls and other outreach to improve conversion rates and client success Proactively learn sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo etc. Research, map and develop custom acquisition plans for each prospective client Good to have Skills US IT services Market Understanding and Experience Must have Skills LinkedIn, Email, Cold Call Outreach About Damco We are a global technology company with more than two decades of core IT experience.
