We are looking for the role of Inside sales Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Promote companys products and services from Ahmedabad office
Manage relationship with Principal OEMs and with customers
Manage and oversee the work of inside sales team
Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales engineer performance
Track sales progress and associated KPIs for the sales team
Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand
consistency and increase sales
Perform other duties as necessary
