The Opportunity: As a Certified Sales Arborist with RTEC, you'll embark on a journey that merges your sales skills with a deep appreciation for nature. You will:

• Proactively manage regional sales growth, focusing on both marketing and customer service.
• Conduct daily conversations with potential and existing clients to assess their tree and shrub care needs.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients.

• Bringing 1-3 years of experience in the tree care industry or a background in sales.
• Eager to obtain ISA Arborist Certification, with support from RTEC for exam costs and preparation.
• Desire to learn the identification of regional trees and shrubs, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• A degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture, or a related field is an asset, but not mandatory.
