Inside Sales Associate (Remote)
We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate (ISA) for a large B2B high tech company - a leader in the market. The ISA will be tasked with assisting and supporting Sales team members in selling the company's products and services. The ISA is also responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the sales model while maximizing revenue and margin generation. The ISA will partner closely with the sales team to drive the sales strategy.
This is a 6 month project, 40 hours per week, (Remote)
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits and 401K offered.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, on the phone, for potential customers
Make phone calls to prospects, record activity in Salesforce, be in charge of deals, and help the sales team strategize, place orders and assess customer's needs and pass opportunities to the Inside and Field.
Record all activities in Salesforce; including prospective deals, orders, etc.
Deliver a positive customer experience via the clients' sales model while improving revenue and margin generation in support of the sales team.
Meeting Management: organizing seminars, team meetings and off-site events, performing a variety of other sales related duties as assigned
Requirements:
1+2 years of software Sales/Account Development experience in a fast paced B2B High Tech sales environment.
Experience working with Salesforce is a plus and must be familiar with computers and technology, specifically Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Outlook
Must be a fast learner, with ability to ramp up quickly, detailed oriented
Excellent verbal (phone) and written communication skills.
Love to sell competitive products hungry to achieve goals; persistent and positive attitude.
Bachelors Degree preferred
