Field Service Engineer



Job overview


Work under pressure. Eventualities and hurries occur very often. It is necessary to keep a well
organize agenda, in order to avoid delays in clients visits. Need to work extra hours when needed.
Good communications skills. Clients expect to be informed constantly about the situation and/or
status of their equipment. A good customer relation is a must.

A good field-work performance will be reflected in a high customer satisfaction with the brand. It
will guarantee the brand loyalty and the good comments about it.



Responsibilities


Responsible of maintenance and operation of medical equipment.
Keep a record of every client visit according to the Philips procedures. Visits, spare parts, equipment diagnostics, equipment history records, are necessary to maintain a good quality service.
Maintain a good relation with clients. It is necessary to inform the client (and/or equipment user) about the equipment status


Requirements

Bachelors degree in electronic or biomedical field
Advanced English.
Experience in the health sector is a plus
Work under pressure, and be aware of clients needs
