This job will be associated with the Professional Services team based in Broomfield or Littleton Colorado.

 

The candidate will be exposed to multiple products and technologies such as Transport products of SONET, DWDM, OTN networks.

IP products with skill sets of understanding of VLAN's, IP Routing, Managed CPE devices. We also have a product of HWAN and will need IP skillsets for those types of issues. Candidate must have the ability to work multiple issues at once and have continuous customer service throughout the customer impairment or outage.

 

HWAN (Hybrid WAN) or SAB (Secure Access Broadband) is a product that customers and buy where they have local broadband access (regular internet) with a secure IP tunnel running back into our MPLS network through a firewall.

 

Professional Services handles customers that specifically pay a premium for a premium service and our ability to accurately service the customer issues and communicate to the customer in a timely coherent manner is key. This includes proactive monitoring, being on coordinated bridges to clear outages or to prevent outages by migrating traffic away from a potential issue.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree


• Minimum 5 years of experience


• Strong IP Skillset and experience


• MUST have demonstrated experience with Transport products of SONET, DWDM, OTN networks


• MUST have experience with VLAN's, IP Routing, Managed CPE devices


• HWAN (Hybrid WAN) or SAB (Secure Access Broadband)


• CCNA is a huge plus


• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship of any kind.
