Location:: Philadelphia, PA (2 days onsite)
Duration:: 12mth+
VISA: Citizen, GC ONLY ( W2 )

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

Transform Business Requirements into Software Requirement Specification.
Develop data mapping and data design documents.
Conduct discussions with stakeholders and respective teams regarding the requirements, data issues, and additional functionalities.
Respond to queries from businesses regarding report data issues.
Expertise in Waterfall, and agile methodologies.
Proficient in validating data using Excel, Access, SQL developer, BQ, and Teradata and have good experience in Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Migration, Data Integration, and Metadata Management Services.
Sound Proficiency in analyzing and Creating Use Cases, Use Case Diagrams, Activity diagrams, Class diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Business Flow Diagrams, and Sequence diagrams using MS Visio


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years experience as a business systems analyst.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly analytical mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
