Our company is seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Pro Specialist to join our team. As a HubSpot Pro you will be responsible for managing our Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub platforms, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system to improve our overall sales and marketing efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub platforms.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and workflows to generate leads and increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and buyer personas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and track progress using HubSpot reporting tools.
  • Create Workflows
  • Create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot workflows.
  • Maintain and update our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Train and onboard new team members on the use of HubSpot tools and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and developments and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a HubSpot Pro Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong experience with Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub platforms.
  • Experience with inbound marketing, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and the ability to create reports and analyze data to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • HubSpot certifications preferred.
