Tucson Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Motorclothes and Apparel Sales Manager! If you have the ability to manage a high volume apparel department, train and cultivate winning salespeople, and have a proven track record of performance, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • This position plays a key role in the dealership for customer service, reputation management, profitability, and creating an awesome and fun shopping experience for our customers!
  • Assist and manage your team to maximize every sales opportunity to upsell items and other complimentary items to customers.
  • Maintain an appealing and inviting retail environment by identifying customer needs/wants
  • Project a positive image to customers always
  • Communicate any sales promotions and/or new merchandise with staff and customers
  • Manage all aspects of the department including but not limited to; ordering, cycle counts, aged product management, special order tracking, and merchandising all while maintaining a profitable department
  • Make sure all displays are stocked and organized as required
  • Ensure we notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received
  • Assist customers with their selections by providing product knowledge of merchandise and fashion feedback

Requirements

  • Retail sales management experience (1+ years minimum, 3 years preferred)
  • Familiar with stocking, organizing, and managing inventory.
  • Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Ability to remain customer-focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson brand.
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to customers from different walks of life.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
  • Enjoys and lives the Harley Davidson lifestyle is perferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
