Tucson Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Motorclothes and Apparel Sales Associate! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • This position plays a key role in the dealership for customer service, reputation management, profitability, and creating an awesome and fun shopping experience for our customers!
  • Upsell items and other complimentary items to customers
  • Maintain an appealing and inviting retail environment by identifying customer needs/wants
  • Project positive image to customers always
  • Communicate any sales promotions and/or new merchandise with customers
  • Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
  • Stock and display merchandise as required
  • Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received
  • Make sure all displays are organized
  • Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied
  • Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and fashion feedback

Requirements

  • 1+ years of retail sales experience is required
  • Familiar with stocking and organizing inventory
  • Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog.
  • Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
  • Ability to remain customer focused and responds in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can do attitude!
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
