Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Engineer located in Pune. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for hardware development, circuit design, electronics hardware design, and computer hardware. The day-to-day tasks will include designing and. testing hardware components, troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the functionality and performance of computer hardware. Qualifications Hardware Development, Circuit Design, and Electronics Hardware Design skills Experience in computer hardware design and troubleshooting Knowledge of hardware engineering standards and best practices Ability to analyze and solve complex hardware problems Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field Experience with hardware simulation and testing tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer Assemble, install, diagnose, repair, upgrade, and maintain branded and unbranded desktop computers, laptop computers, Macbooks, servers, printers, and other IT equipment. Installation, configuration, upgrade, and troubleshooting of operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and MacOS. When required, provide onsite and remote technical support and fixes to clients/customers. Knowledge of basic IT software such as antivirus, helpdesk, MS Office, and inventory software. Networking basics include crimping, patching, switching, LAN, wifi routers, and firewalls. Basic knowledge of Active Directory administration, Server administration, and Storage administration. Education - At least pursuing a bachelor's degree in any branch. If anything needs to be resolved out or if any technical training is required, we'll give a training Should be able follow up to internal policies and procedures and make suggestions as needed. Must be self motivated, always ready for self and technical growth. Adopt new technologies. Must have a bike to attend the client calls and a bit of field work when required. (Petrol allowance will be provided.) Good Understanding, Communication, and customer handling skills
