EnviroSafe, a family-owned consumer services company, is seeking an experienced and organized HVAC and Plumbing Service Manager to join its team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians, performing quality assurance checks on repair and installation jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HVAC and plumbing services, a proven track record of managing a team of technical professionals, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

EnviroSafe has been in business since 1979, starting as a local plumbing service and repair company. Over the years, the company has expanded into closely related trades such as heating and air conditioning, and later into water treatment systems. In the late 1990s, water treatment took off with new state regulations and awareness, and by the early 2000s, it had become the main business segment. Today, the company continues to grow in all segments of plumbing, heating, AC, and water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians in HVAC and plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance services
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure repairs and installations meet company and industry standards
• Manage and organize daily work schedule of service technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all segments of the business
• Act as a liaison between service technicians and customers to address any issues or concerns
• Monitor inventory levels and order equipment and supplies as needed
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure service technicians are up to date on industry best practices and safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing services, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
• Professional licenses as HVACR installers, plumbers, and water quality specialists
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
