Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a leading property management maintenance company, is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician at Superior, you will be responsible for providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for our residential and commercial properties. Our company takes pride in delivering clear communication and quality repairs in a timely manner for residents and homeowners. With over 12 years of experience in providing property management companies with clear and effective maintenance and turn-key services, we are dedicated to excellence in all our services.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Diagnosing malfunctions in systems, components, and parts
• Conducting routine maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems
• Ensuring all work is in compliance with safety and building codes, regulations, and standards
• Properly documenting work completed, materials used, and time spent
• Providing excellent customer service and communication with property managers and residents
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging HVAC technologies and techniques

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, HVAC certification preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

Salary: $400-500/per day average (changeouts pay substantially more)

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
