Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and
onboarding new employees. - Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Maintain employee records including attendance leaves and performance evaluations.
- Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Manage employee relations and address grievances in a professional and timely manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and
regulations. - Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies coordinating travel
arrangements and maintaining office equipment. - Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage office correspondence including emails letters and packages.
- Oversee the general operation of the office including facilities management and
maintenance. - Coordinate meetings appointments and conferences both internally and externally.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Education/Experience
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor&rsquo s degree in human resources management Business Administration (link removed) OR
a related field. - Proven experience as an HR and Admin Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with MS Office application.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR management will be a plus.
