Work ahead platform evaluation between 3 options ADP, Ceridian and UKG, implementation of solution after selection Key skills Solid in PLC, formal PMO experience, can drive end-to-end project, can manage the dynamics of shadow IT in HR. Preferable experience in UKG(as that might be the choice) EPMO, Corporate PMO experience would be a plus
