The Human Resources Department is looking for a highly organized individual with demonstrated experience in benefit and leave of absence administration in an HR Analyst I role. Enjoy a flexible telecommuting schedule (3 days remote, 2 days on-site) as you support the Airport Authoritys benefit programs and:


  • Using a third-party benefits administrator, this role will support the benefits department in the administration of benefit plans including but not limited to health & welfare, life, disability, and retirement plans; manage and track leave the inhouse leave of absence program to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Support the organization in achieving its strategic total rewards goals.
  • Support the benefits department in managing vendor relations and contract administration.
  • Administer compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness, including but not limited to annual focal review, survey participation and analysis, compensation integration, and organizational education.

  • Communication: Effectively exchange information with stakeholders through various avenues, including but not limited to verbal, written, facilitation, and persuasion.
  • Knowledge Application: Proficiently interprets and applies current local, state, and federal regulations, monitors processes, and develops a framework for implementation and improvement.

Requirements

Experience & Education:

  • Graduating from an accredited college or university with a degree in business, human resource management, or a closely related field.
  • Two years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources, preferably in administering leave of absence, benefit plans, and compensation programs.
  • Equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in business, human resource management, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CBP, CEBS, or CCP designation.

The hiring salary for this position is $67,497.

The full salary range for this position is $57,690 - $92,303.
