Building relationships with new clients and communicate with prospective clients of all cultures

We will count on you to:


Perform basic analysis with guidance and instruction

Balance multiple project schedule to meet deadlines

Assist in drafting reports with guidance and direction

Learn Mercer standard tools and methodologies

Coordinate project logistics and activities with guidance from project manager

Solicit feedback on work performed and apply insights to future assignments

Listen carefully, take detailed notes, and ask effective questions to confirm

understanding

Proactively seek out opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities

Be responsible for Delivering the Firm by aligning client strategies and need to the companys capabilities and resources.

Liaise between internal teams, vendors, clients, on an ongoing basis to ensure high service delivery and to respond to questions.

Serve as a contact on an ongoing basis by addressing ad hoc requests and managing satisfaction.


What you need to have:


Bachelors or Master Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Engineering in reputable universities

Proficiency in English & Greek

At least 1 year of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies

Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, juggling numerous clients, meetings, proposals, sales pitches, deadlines.

Interest and attitude to sell projects and solutions

Excellent use of Microsoft Office tools
