We are currently seeking creative and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our group home teams. We have full-time, part-time and as needed positions available in Allentown and Bethlehem, PA.
As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to provide supports to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism who live in our Lehigh Valley group homes(link removed) Our person-centered staff work with the individuals personal goals and help those individuals maintain or increase their level of independence and live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with developmental intellectual disabilities in the community by providing creative support through a variety of tasks, activities and/or community engagement.
- May provide direct services to individuals in their own homes.
- Provide personal care when indicated.
- Provide the highest quality of care to individuals in helping them meet their needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and one year of experience are preferred, but not required. Access Services provides paid training.
Valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle
Two (2) years of driving experience
No Drivers License suspensions in the last 36 months
Schedule:
1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available. If you are more of a weekend worker, we have those as well. Lets discuss a schedule that works for YOU!
Benefits
Compensation:
The base rate for this position starts at $15.50/hour with increases for certain shifts as listed:
- Mon-Fri: 7a-3p extra $1/hr; 3p-11p extra $2/hr; 11p-7a extra $1/hr
- Sat-Sun: 7a-3p extr $1/hr; 3p-11p extra $2/hr; 11p-7a extra $2/hr
