We are seeking a highly-motivated Graphic Design Specialist to support our growing product offerings. This individual will work within InDesign to import text into templates for web and print publications. The Graphic Design Specialist will also be involved with designing visuals including charts, graphs, and infographics to add value to practice questions and explanations. Successful candidates will have team-collaboration experience and possess acute attention to detail.


Minimum education:

  • Associates Degree in Graphic Design or related field

Minimum experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design or related work
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Import text into InDesign templates for web and print publication
  • Confidently work in an environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
  • Be receptive to feedback from peers and management
  • Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Continuously develop and expand professional skills
  • Create vector graphics according to a style guide
  • Analyze existing assets and content to match and innovate current style
  • Communicate with content producers and peer reviewers on edits
  • Collaborate with our teams to create novel ways of visualizing difficult concepts
  • Collaborate with management and team members to ensure goals are met
  • Help maintain an efficient and successful production process
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist our on-site graphic artists as needed
  • Communicate efficiently with remote teams
  • Attend all required meetings and provide feedback when needed
  • Create and maintain files for digital and print distribution
  • Aid in file maintenance and asset management
  • Work independently or in small groups to troubleshoot and provide solutions to production issues
