Anomaly Partners, LLC dba Anomaly seeks a Graphic Design Manager in New York, NY. Job duties include: Manage the design and production of artwork, graphics, typography, and layouts for print and digital application. Establish creative strategy, budgets, and schedules for key design projects across multiple accounts. Oversee execution of approved designs in ongoing local and global creative projects and campaigns according to client specifications. Create and present new designs, concepts, and sample layouts to account executives and clients. Conduct market research and evaluate graphic design trends relevant to agency practices.

Candidates must have at least three years of experience working in graphic design. Must have at least three years of experience designing versatile graphics and content for corporate and brand identity campaigns, including rebranding and new launches. Must have at least three years of experience developing client-specific marketing guidelines for consistent visual identity across multiple media types. Must have at least three years of experience preparing and optimizing graphics for visual applications by using a wide range of media technologies and computer-aided design (CAD) software. Must have at least three years of experience reviewing final designs and layouts. Must be proficient in After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Sketch. Annual salary: $82,722.
