What can you expect?

As a Graduate/Investment Analyst, you will support the Portfolio Solutions Team within the Mercer Wealth Management unit in the delivery of portfolio solutions in managed accounts, strategic investment research, manager and asset class research, client reporting as well as performance attribution and analysis on external managers, client portfolios and investment markets in general.

Furthermore, you will also assist the broader Wealth team in managing client relationships by attending and participating in regular investment committees, assisting in the building of presentation decks and written client communications, and liaising with external stakeholders such as investment platforms and data providers.


We will count on you to:

Getting a deep understanding of clients needs and working closely with local and global experts to bring the best of Mercer to each client interaction.

Helping to assist with the development of investment strategies.

Working as part of a dedicated asset class specialist team and interacting researchers and external managers across all asset classes, including private and unlisted markets, to find the best solutions for clients.

Collaborating closely with a market leading, dedicated sustainable investment team to assist development of ESG and Retirement policies and general investment solutions for client portfolios.

Being part of a genuinely global business, and leveraging resources and scale to meet local needs.


What you need to have:


Qualified, or pursuing relevant qualifications (CFA, CIMA, CAIA)

Minimum 1 year experience within the investment industry.

Experience in fund manager research and portfolio construction would be an advantage.

Interested in investment research and generating data-driven insights.
