We will count on you to:

Assists more senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
Begins to cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
Assists more senior Placement during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under direct supervision.
Drafts proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.



What you need to have:


A bachelor's degree with graduation year in Winter 2023 or Spring 2024 and concentration(s) in business administration, actuarial science, economics, industrial engineering and/or other related field is highly preferred,
A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships
Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWord, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPointand advanced programming skills are a plus (e.g. R, Python, SAS and SQL)
Familiarity with Power BI
English language fluency
