Job Description
- Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage products sales.
- To generate leads by conducting various Sales & Marketing activities / events.
- Business development customer identification through various sources.
- Sales/revenue target achievement and Customer Relationship Management.
- Connecting and developing better relationship for sourcing business from Builders / AR / DSA / Other channels or direct / Participating in marketing events.
- Meeting prospective customers to understand the requirements clearly.
- Following up on the leads regularly to understand interest levels and sharing/collecting all necessary documentation for application processing as per the operating guidelines.
- Coordinating with customer and internal teams such as legal/technical/credit/disbursement etc team for appraisals, sanctions and disbursements as required.
- Updating the customer on the application status periodically.
Developing positive and professional relationship with the customer to enable cross selling, getting referrals and other business opportunities
Candidate Profile
Candidate Should Be Graduate
Candidate Should Have Minimum 6 Months Experience
Driving License and Bike is mandatory
Should be comfortable for field sales
