What youll do
Manage the portfolio of global and common Business Applications at Signify that covers Idea to Market, Market to Order, Order to Cash and Common capabilities.
Lead the Product Owners and development team to manage the lifecycles of Business Applications from inception, through deployment till decommissioning
Align with all stakeholders including business leaders, business process owners, Digital leaders, suppliers to find the fast and most efficient way to simplify and standardize business processes and applications
Drive the journey to simplification and standardization together with business and technology change agents including Business Process Owners and Architects
Align with business leaders, business process and IT architects on the product roadmaps
Review, prioritize and approve the list of IT project requests, working with his/her peers (to establish dependencies), stakeholders (to establish criticality) and finance business partners.
Drive necessary actions required to successfully drive projects and business adaptations
Continuously identify ways to drive productivity / efficiency improvements, eliminate wastage and simplify the application footprint
Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management for direct reports and their organization.
Plan resourcing needs, timely hiring to align with current / future needs of the organization and ensure performance management, training, and budgeting.
Manage talent and develop required competencies and skills within the team to drive Digitalization agenda
Your qualifications
Proven track record in application lifecycle management including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing in B2B, B2C and D2C environment.
Exprience in CRM, ERP, PLM, MES application
Expertise in managing SAP centric application stack
Proven track record in change management, people management and competence management
Digital thought leader
Demonstrated ability to translate functional asks into technical outcomes & vice versa, to communicate the Digital approach & value proposition to senior stakeholders
Strong executive presence with demonstrated C suite influencing skills
Experience of working with companies in discrete manufacturing and understanding of different archetypes (e.g., Make To Order, Assemble to Order, Engineer to Order, Make to stock) will be added advantage.
Experience of working with global organization, managing global stakeholders across different time zone and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
Proven hands-on experience in industrialization of IT delivery, building scalable remote delivery model with combination of internal and external resources, managing cost and quality
Good executive presence and the ability to explain complex concepts, trade-offs for fact-based decision-making, and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary team.
