Responsibilities

• Work with the extended team to develop the event strategy for major industry trade show events.
• Direct all aspects of major trade show presence, including physical booth build (layout, structure, branding, electrical, internet, AV, etc).
• Plan and execute strategic and/or partner events, including creation of an integrated marketing plan to meet or exceed the agreed marketing contribution to pipeline goals for events (includes event promotion and follow up coordination).
• Prepare Kyriba presence and ensure staff is adequately prepared.
• Coordinate on-site operations and lead on-site event teams by positive example to engage event attendees and maximize interaction.
• Manage budget, contractors and vendors in relation to events.
• Prepare reports and analysis of event results.
• Develop and support adoption of best practices for pre-event promotion, excellence in on-site delivery and post-event follow up, including social media and direct customer outreach programs.
• Be a contributing member of major internal event teams and manage specific aspects of these events.
  
  

Requirements

• B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in event marketing for a high-technology company.
• Proven track record in driving leads for sales from local and strategic events.
• Excellent understanding of event marketing strategy and execution.
• Excellent understanding of event marketing context and relation to overall marketing mix.
• Proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional and international teams, including the sales organization, operations, and finance.
• Strong interpersonal communicative skills and persuasiveness; ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
• Self-starter with ability to hit deadlines, work independently, multi-task while working on competing priorities.
• Solid decision making/critical thinking, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for data-driven success.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to be pragmatic and innovative.
• Ability to learn quickly to speak comfortably with customers/partners about company solutions.
• Ability to occasionally travel for extended periods (10-14 days), including internationally.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

Base compensation for this role is: $79,000.00 - $138,100.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
