About the Job

As the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at IntouchCX you will have the opportunity to cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for our employees. Working cross-functionally, with reach and influence across the entire global organization, you will focus on the further advancement of our diversity, equity and inclusion programs and its impact to our overall ESG framework. You are passionate about playing an influential role in creating a work environment where diversity is celebrated, and individuals feel empowered, cared for and respected.

As Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Lead, You Will

  • Further define, evolve and execute on the global DEI strategy, programming, and priorities for IntouchCX
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (ie: regional employee experience & HR teams, talent acquisition, marketing and operational leaders) to support and build on IntouchCXs existing culture by promoting meaningful, engaging and authentic awareness and educational resources that take into account diverse perspectives
  • Influence policies and processes that support an inclusive work environment in areas such as talent acquisition and management, employee experience, and human resources
  • Assess the DEI needs of various internal groups and, in partnership with Global L&D, provide education, knowledge sharing and training solutions through new content
  • Act as an advisor to our global senior leadership, regional leadership teams, internal DEI working groups and councils, as well as our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), to ensure support and consistent demonstration of our DEI strategy and focus
  • Participate in ESG working groups and initiatives, and measure success in areas such as supplier diversity, ethics & labor practices
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams, as well as lead various projects & initiatives, to ensure associated policies, practices and processes are fair, and equitable, and apply objective hiring procedures
  • Set, measure, report and forecast various metrics and targets related to DEI, including assistance with various data collection processes and the development of reports and disclosures for internal and external stakeholders
  • Cultivate and influence partnerships with community organizations to reach a diverse group of candidates through impact sourcing and community giving partnership opportunities
  • Assist with various special projects, hosting various in-person and remote DEI events, panels and engagement activities

Requirements

As Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Lead, You Have

  • Experience working with a focus on all, or a combination of, the following areas: DEI, ESG and/or Social Responsibility (or comparable business experience)
  • A track record of success in designing, influencing and executing on organizational DEI change initiatives in a fast-paced, large organization (global and/or multi-region experience considered an asset)
  • Solid knowledge and working experience leading and successfully executing on DEI initiatives and programs, across a wide-spectrum of initiatives (race, ethnicity, gender, neurodiversity, disabilities etc) at a global company
  • The ability to lead and influence various internal and external stakeholders
  • A proven ability to build trusting relationships with exceptional listening skills and openness
  • High-integrity and are a self-starter who loves to collaborate cross functionally
  • Experience with various types of data gathering, management and reporting on all areas related to DEI
  • A desire to create, implement and measure the success of new programs and initiatives with proven program and project management skills
  • The ability to handle situations and data with confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to be calm under pressure and are solution-focused
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize with an attention to detail

  • Competitive salary ranges from $80,000 - $120,000 USD (dependent on experience, certifications, and portfolio)
