Job Title: Software Engineer, Glassbox and Tealeaf Administration
Job Location: Remote
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team as a Glassbox and Tealeaf Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Glassbox application environment, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring the Glassbox infrastructure, and performing Glassbox deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for maintaining Glassbox system's internal documentation and training materials, onboarding and validating new applications and URLs to the Glassbox monitoring system, and creating, supporting, and updating Customer Experience Management reports and funnels.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Software Engineering experience 6+ years of Glassbox and Tealeaf Administration experience 6+ years of Linux/Unix and Windows Administration experience Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Job Responsibilities:
- Support Glassbox application environment
- Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause and resolve or implement workaround as necessary, file bug reports and escalate cases to Glassbox support as necessary
- Monitor Glassbox application/server logs to identify and resolve existing or potential issues
- Monitor the Glassbox infrastructure for capacity planning and optimization
- Perform Glassbox deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting across a variety of platforms
- Maintain Glassbox systems internal documentation and training materials
- Onboard and Perform validation of new applications and URLs to Glassbox monitoring system
- Create, support, and update Customer Experience Management - Reports and Funnels for Business and Product Teams, Design and maintain Attributes, Events and Alerts for Operations and Business Teams
- Facilitate training and on-boarding of new Glassbox users
