Job Title: 5G Test Architect
Location: Austin TX
[Job Overview]:
Setting up different 5G Network functions (CORE and RAN) on different cloud environments and testing for functional, performance requirements with third party Simulators, test creation and Automation.
[Primary Skills]:
10-12 years of experience of working in test and integration labs for LTE/5G
Should have been part of Network Testing. Working experience on test tools like Spirent Landslide, IXIA/Keysight Viavi, Wireshark,
Hands-on experience in automating end-to-end test scenarios using robot framework (python/Robot scripting) and test tools.
Basic Ip Networking knowledge, configuration of Switches/Routers
Working knowledge on VNF/CNF deployment & activation in different cloud environments
Prior experience on Packet Core, RAN network functions for 5G & LTE.
Good communication skills.
[Good to have Skills]:
Experience integrating the test tools eco-system using RestAPI scripts, ssh commands.
Knowledge on performance/load monitoring tools and Observability frameworks
[Responsibilities and Duties]:
Configuration and setup different network function the 5G lab
Integration with test tools/simulators
Technical solutioning and triaging/resolving all customer queries and problems.
Coordinate with offshore team.
Execution of Test cases and analyses/debug results.
Interact with respective Test tool vendors for any issues or bugs found during testing and getting them fixed in time.
Closely work with customer side Architect, SME and Product Owners for test solutions.
