Fulfil hardware, peripheral, and special technology requests ensuring prompt deployments -
Serve as onsite Logistics focal for deploying equipment -
Ensure equipment is functioning and sanitized before redeployment -
Create UPS labels and send shipment notifications with tracking information -
Sort and disposition incoming equipment and wireless items -
Cross reference equipment orders and field requests ensuring shipments are correct -
Schedule and complete hardware refresh appointments with vendor technicians -
Organize stock room ensuring accessibility and perform routine maintenance -
Travel as requested to assist with equipment deliveries and pick ups -
Work closely with NTT Service Technicians and Business Application & Technology staff to process bulk equipment orders, schedule imaging sessions, and perform quality assurance for large-scale projects -
Initiate the electronic surplus process by creating and submitting requests to dispose equipment following security and safety measures -
Identify hardware trends and report inventory discrepancies -
Maintain daily inventory summaries and weekly reports in MS Teams -
Provide status updates to Unit Manager |
