If you are driven, passionate about your career, and have a strong background in fund finance, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Collaborate with high-profile financial institutions on capital call/subscription line, NAV, asset-backed, hybrid, and other fund facilities. Conduct thorough due diligence on fund borrowers. Prepare fund-specific representations, undertakings, and events of default. Offer expert advice on taking security from partnership and other typical fund vehicles. Assist with assignments related to drawing down loan commitments from investors.
