Full Time Software Engineer Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 Plus Superannuation

As a Software Engineer with Dot Net / Java skills, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our next-generation products.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimise application performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our software development processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on DotNet/Java development. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and collaborative development tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies. Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.). Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
