The IT Manager is responsible and accountable for the implementation, supervision and maintenance of computer systems and voice, video and data connections utilized by Masada Homes. They will ensure that these systems and connections run smoothly by monitoring their efficiency and by implementing/monitoring security measures against vulnerabilities in software programs used on a day-to-day basis throughout every site and department. The IT Manager reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
This position typically works M-F with a hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
1. High school; degree in computer science or a related field is preferable
2. Professional certifications preferred (e.g. CCNA, CISSC, MCSE)
3. Experience conforming with HIPAA
4. Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant position
5. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
6. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
7. Ability to manage personnel
8. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
9. Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
10. Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
11. Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time
12. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
13. Valid California Driver's License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
